WHAT DO THEKENYAN RICH ELITE WANT REALLY ?(MONEY ,FAME,HONOUR )

In past two weeks the my beloved country has be subjected to exposure of 3 corruption scandal in a row .Nys scandal, Ncpb scandal ,Kenya pipeline scandal all very well engineered by the big fish in the country.I felt so much pain when i saw a farmer in Uasin Gishu struck with thousand of maize bag  with no where to sell because Ncpb stores are full.Last year we were experiencing shortage of maize in our country and buying a packet of maize flour wasn't a walk in the park. The struggle was real, people fainted trying to buy unga from supermarkets which stocked it.But we thank God we survived am writing this because i felt the pain and experienced the struggle.

  BACK TO REALITY

It is very hard for hard for an ordinary Kenyan to launder billions of taxpayers money reason being our government is too much entangled with bureaucracy. For someone to steal billions from the government he/she understand very well how it works and understood its weakness .Many citizens actually do not know how it works and this gives an opportunity to  the corrupt to launder public  funds .Our government love  for bureaucracy is overwhelming but am  happy it has recognized its weakness and its trying to work on it using content &database management systems eg IFMIS TIMIS GHRIS E-CITIZEN.The management of this systems is also questionable but at least we've made a step forward.

What do they rich really want ?

The other problem is our society we reward mediocrity  with honour .riches fame and mostly probably  a job in a public service. Our  society point of view about riches is also wrong we view wealth as source of success and reward for this is honour fame and respect. This is what motivates the rich to work hard to make more  money and walk in room where everyone will recongise and see you  miraculously clever. The rich aren't motivated  by money which is rather irony they have a tonne of that already   .Our modern economists and political sciencists are always puzzled by simple question what do the rich really want ?The Elite  have an immense amount of money that can last for 10 generations  They still continuing making more money in order to keep score and honour and respect from the society . Many of them are ego  driven personality motivated by love of moneyand glory. They crave for honour and desire to be loved. They work so hard and other steal  (SOME KENYANS ELITE) because the wealth seem to be primarily the source of honour in the world .But if we fix how honour is obtained .We can be able to control/redirect this maniac to more socially beneficially and ends in ways it sync with their deformed egoistic personality. One thing is giving them what they really want honour: expect not through money. We know very well money people can do everything just to get honour a scientist can languish in poverty working on something only to receive a Nobel prize. In Kenya one can receive an a presidential award eg ( elder of burning spear ) if he/she does anything of help to his/her country but  chances of receiving such an award are too remote and unpredictable maybe  worthless to some hard headed capitalists. Maybe  while growing up they may have felt rejected by parents and society and seek the love from strangers .

The problem with fame

Fame seem to  be solution of many problems you can complain about the things you don't like and your complains are taken seriously .Everyone will  focus on  you and you have great deal to be noticed without explaining who you are.You will get warm smiles from admiring stranger you will face no rejections .You happiness will became everyone effort you will be the boss.People will be convinced by you even before you meet them  The intense desire for fame has its root in experience of neglect. No one in world would want to be famous who had not in past experience neglect and felt extremely insignificant perhaps ones parent were hard to impress that why one day one dream the world will pay attention. Many want to be famous for the people to like them but world is not generally kind for famous for  very long time.Reason being very basic the success of one person humiliates others  .Being famous upset people and see success of one person as cause of humiliation and how the world has treated them unfairly.Fame make people more vulnerable because it throws them to unlimited judgment which comes from a legion of people.Who hide in safety of screen or newspaper office. Not forgetting this people became famous because they were wounded and had thin skin .This negativity  further aggravates it exponentially. To sum up fame makes you noticed in great deal not that you get understood nor loved. The aim that lies behind the fame is one still want to be loved  appreciated and understood .But wise person accepts that the celebrity status doesn't offer this things .Appreciation and understanding only cames from individual from individuals whom one cares or knows about .not via group of millions of strangers there is no shortcut to friendship which is in effect what the famous are looking for.In fast changing world many young people want to be famous and see fame as catalyst for successfully life .Rather than dismiss this wish we should grasp it underlying meaning:they want to be famous they aren't respected.Which show as underlying concerns that citizens have forget how to accord one respect and decency which everyone craves for and deserves. The solution is not encouraging more people to be famous but put more effort in encouraging politeness and  the level of consideration for everyone in families work places in politics and media and level of income especially modes one.Only then will society give up understandable  the erroneous belief  that fame could guarantee the kindness of  strangers

QUICKFIRE

We living in world where the poor and the rich wealth gap is continuing growing but the good thing the world is becoming interconnected and changing constantly  .The world is changing day by day newer technologies about changing human future . The ability of humans to predict the future is what differentiates us from animals .To adapt in our natural surroundings and tweak it for our survival .But all this things cames with cost .The world now is changing by sreating  new exponetinational organisations which are creating technologies that can impact on billions of people across the globe with a fractionally cost of older traditional organisations.

Media Biasly

As citizens living in a 21st century world, we are constantly surrounded by media in its various forms. Whether this be social media, news feeds, or other methods of media consumption, media is able to penetrate almost every realm of society.  But how do we know what media is reliable? How can we tell what is “fake news” and what is real? The answer to these questions is undeniably complicated but can be made easier through media literacy.  So what is media literacy? At its root, media literacy is simply the process of applying critical thinking to the media a person consumes. What does this actually mean practically though? Well, let's begin with an example. Say you are scrolling through your social media feeds and come across a post saying that the President of the United States has just signed an executive order that will cost thousands of people their jobs.
