Kickstarting your knowledge in how to be consistency on your work based on Book: SHOW YOUR WORK BY @austinkleon Again I will break this down like you are 4 years old, kindly retweet /share with others, .I have been struggling on how to produce good content on YouTube on consistency basis .I am supposed to produces at least one video per week. But sometimes i lack that creative juice until i found this book through @AliAbdaal channel. The book insist on sharing all snippets of what you're working online many people maybe interested in what you are doing. Austin insists we view the creative work as process not as product. He further elaborate it when creating let se a video there is the process and the final product i.e. the video .Many people can be interested in the behind the scene of creating a video from ideas to final upload to YouTube. Maybe someone want to learn how to edit he will be able to gain something when you share BTS on the internet .By virtual of sharing your work on the internet you will find many interesting people whom your share common interests. We are living in very interesting on which the world is advancing very quickly ,just take an example of a app developer with rapid growth in computer world whatever things he is learning on January by December they have became deprecated. the book insist we learn new this to became relevant in job market of tomorrow. We acknowledge ourselves as amateurs learning new thing and also we shouldn't fear ridicule or failure instead we should proceed with spirit of learning and love because it is something you like not matter what your will go back even after failure and continue learning. But amateurs are best at teaching each other because they know how to explain a difficult term more than an expert because an expert has done one thing over and over again and forget about it .

MbeleNaBiz : 750 Youth Winners Set to Benefit From 15B Business Competition

The Government of Kenya has launched a 15B business competition for youths dubbed ‘MbeleNaBiz’ that will see a total of 75o youths benefit from the kitty. Trade and Industrialisation Cabinet Secretary Peter Munya who unveiled the business competition kitty send a stern warning to those involved on any favoritism. According to Munya, 500 of the successful applicants will each receive Sh900,000 while the remaining 250 will get Sh3.6 million.   As citizens living in a 21st century world, we are constantly surrounded by media in its various forms. Whether this be social media, news feeds, or other methods of media consumption, media is able to penetrate almost every realm of society.  But how do we know what media is reliable? How can we tell what is “fake news” and what is real? The answer to these questions is undeniably complicated but can be made easier through media literacy.  So what is media literacy? At its root, media literacy is simply the process of applying critical thinking to the media a person consumes. What does this actually mean practically though? Well, let's begin with an example. Say you are scrolling through your social media feeds and come across a post saying that the President of the United States has just signed an executive order that will cost thousands of people their jobs. This piece of media, without applying media literacy, will be taken at face value and added to your vault of ideas and i
